Septic Tank Pumps
Septic pumps, sewage pumps, or sewage ejector pumps are designed to remove sewage from a building where plumbing fixtures and their drains are lower than the building sewer line and/or septic tank.
Septic pumps must be able to move solids, either by being able to grind solids into fine debris or pass large solid objects through the pump without clogging.
A septic grinder pump reduces sewage to a finely ground slurry of waste and water which can then be pumped or forced to its destination.
If it is pumping you are seeking information regarding, Septic tanks require pump-outs when the solids that accumulate in the tank begin to reach the tank's storage capacity. The tank should be pumped when total solid accumulation is between 30% and 50% of the total capacity.
